“one downer was the fact the restaurant isn't open for dinner on a Saturday night, we had the weekend planned and dinner at this beautiful place was on the list, our fault for not looking properly? perhaps. we just assumed. luck of the draw with rooms, yes, all superior but some are better than others. needed to really look at the offerings and try to pick. saying that, we loved the room we were in it just wasn't the one in the photo we saw booking online. the dude at check-in and in the cellar...

“Very clean and in a great location opposite the water. Our room had a lovely view. Comfy bed and hot shower made a great overnight stay at a reasonable price. ”

“The unit we stayed in was modern and quite spacious. We loved having two bathrooms and watching the bird life from the front porch. The beds were super comfortable and the kitchen was great for preparing our meals. I would recommend the Fisherman’s Club at the top of the hill for fantastic views of the ocean . The staff at the desk were helpful and printed out a train timetable when we wanted to go to Sydney for a day trip.”

“Perfect bush stay. Thank you. I think the dining concept needs a re-think. Didn’t quite nail it. Otherwise, I really appreciated the advice from reception re things to do, heads up re booking national park passes online. The cabin was perfectly quiet, equipped, comfortable. Bit shabby, but fit for purpose. I’d ditch the “lease” type form on the table. People just want to come and relax and not worry about maintenance 😉”
