“The breakfast was limited in options but was willing to make accommodations with what they had. The pool was filthy but they did clean it day 3. The gym was pretty good. Overall decent stay outside of the constant heavy walking in the room above me…heavy boots.”

“1. Water from bathroom faucet are coming very slow 2, drinking water two bottles were given on very first day 3. Breakfast even not sufficient for every guest. If you go few hours after 6 am food is not sufficiently available ”

“The room was clean and fresh. Every time we walked in we commented on how nice it smelled. Lol! The breakfast was very good. Biscuit and heavy, eggs, sausage, pancakes, just fantastic options. Plenty of seating for our large group to eat together. It was a very pleasant stay. ”

“The room was 80 degrees when we walked in after checkout. It did not cool below 75 until 9pm. The bathtub did not drain during showers. When calling down to notify your staff, your worker had severe negative tone and seemed very distracted rather than handling the problem. We were startled awake by a fire alarm. When exiting the room we were notified by other patrons that it was a false alarm. ONLY AFTER CALLING DOWN were we notified that no evacuation was needed. Neighboring rooms...

“The rooms were clean and spacious. The staff were fantastic - super friendly and professional. Everyone seemed genuinely happy. The front desk staff especially deserves accolades for staying professional while dealing with a huge obnoxious group of soccer players and broken elevators all weekend. Two out of three elevators were broken which was a huge inconvenience; whomever is in charge of maintenance should have been prioritizing repairs yet they remained broken all weekend. “First thing I always check everything in the room and when the toilet seat was lifted there was yellow pee stains, GROSS. I was taking a shower and they shut off the water in the middle of my shower, no notice next day they turned it off again while brushing my teeth, no notice! Went to get coffee and juice for my daughter saw a roach crawl up in the juice dispenser, so NO juice.
