Hotel vicino a Bushnell Park - Burlington

“Booked reservation with Expedia in February and paid for it completely! Arrived last night with our confirmation # only to find the Hampton Inn did not have a room for us!! Supposedly the room was canceled ....by some company in SHANGHAI CHINA!!! How do we trust reservations that can be canceled like that.... that are also prepaid?”

“Great for on a budget. Stayed 2 nights.F Fridge , coffee, clean rooms.Next time I will ask for room on back side to eliminate road traffic noise. Mgr was accommodating on my call regarding steps as I was recovering from knee surgery.”

“The room was filthy. The floors were sticky. The mirror was foggy and clearly had not been wiped down. We had a large spider in our room. There were hair balls in the corner of the room. The hot tub had been concreted in, which was not disclosed upon checking in that they no longer had a hot tub. The entire building was very rundown in major need of renovation and updates the hotel staff kept asking unusual and strange questions and making a point to intercept us wherever we were walking in the...

“The hotel is in a perfect area so if you’re only going there to sleep it’s perfect. The reason why it is 3 stars for me was because we weren’t able to check in until 6pm because they said the rooms weren’t ready. They never called us when a room was ready so the only reason we were able to check in at 6 was because we went to ask again. Also, the toilet in our bathroom was leaking each time you flushed & the nails separating the bathroom from the main area were up so my husband hurt his foot...

“Had higher expectations, was looking for a resort as it was disckribed. Apppiers this is just a hotel with a sauna. Not even outdoor pool. Overall it was clean and Im happy I booked a lake wiew room with a balcony.”
