“We reserved 2 rooms each with 2 queen beds. We were running late and called at 6pm. Was told no problem I requested to pay for the rooms in full so we wouldn’t lose them I was told no need we had until 2am Got to hotel at 9:45. They didn’t have our rooms only ones with 1 bed in each After a long back and forth. They found rooms for us. Only one when we opened one of the doors people were sleeping in the beds We were given another room. At 2am someone opened the door to my elderly family...
