“The hotel reached out prior to our arrival to ask if we had special requests. Communication was wonderful throughout the stay, with text messages offering housekeeping service when we still had our do not disturb light selected (no hanging paper signs on the doors here!) The linens were quite nice and crisp, and the selection of pillows was wonderful. I found the mattress a bit firm for my preference and they added a mattress topper. “I am from NOLA and when I get a chance I come stay since moving out of state. This is the first time I have stayed at the Bienville House and this will be my home base from now on. Staff have been great, parking on site and the room met all expectations. The sundeck was an upgrade offered to me and glad I chose it. House of Blues is just across the street along with Kerry’s Irish Pub along with a cigar shop in the next block.”
