Villa La Estancia - Cabo San Lucas

Goditi una lussuosa vacanza "casa lontano da casa" mentre soggiorni nella tua villa privata. Villa La Estancia è un resort condominiale a cinque stelle situato sulla spiaggia di Medano, molto balneabile, a Cabo San Lucas.

Questa villa di 2.200 piedi quadrati dispone di una spaziosa suite padronale con letto king size, materasso pillow top, ampio bagno (con doppio lavabo, asciugacapelli, cabina doccia e vasca idromassaggio), salotto privato con accesso diretto al balcone e TV /DVD. La seconda camera ha due letti queen size, piccolo frigorifero, bagno completo, asciugacapelli, una zona salotto privata con accesso diretto al balcone e TV / DVD. Il terzo bagno si trova al largo della zona giorno. Cenare con una cucina completa completa con ripiani in granito, elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile (microonde, frigorifero, fornelli, forno e lavastoviglie), un bar per la colazione e una grande dispensa. La cucina è completamente attrezzata con piatti, bicchieri, utensili, pentole e piccoli elettrodomestici (frullatore, tostapane, caffettiera e apriscatole). L'acqua nella villa è sicura da bere e preparare i pasti perché Villa La Estancia ha il proprio impianto di desalinizzazione. Appena fuori dalla cucina c'è un armadio contenente una lavatrice / asciugatrice, lavello, ferro e asse da stiro.

La zona giorno aperta ha un tavolo da pranzo, sistema di intrattenimento, WIFi gratuito (la password è sul router), un divano letto pieghevole nel soggiorno che può ospitare due persone se necessario, oltre ad accesso diretto al balcone. Le camere da letto e la zona giorno sono dotate di ventilatori a soffitto e di termostati dedicati per il condizionamento dell'aria, per garantire che ogni stanza sia confortevole. Il balcone è arredato con due lettini, un tavolo e sedie per godersi la vista o cenare sul cibo che hai preparato utilizzando il barbecue propano. Il balcone ha anche una piccola area bar bagnato se avete scelto di tenere le bevande fredde mentre fuori. Il pavimento in tutta la villa è in travertino. Questa unità è anche molto vicina all'ascensore, quindi è facile accedere all'area della piscina che è conveniente.

We really enjoyed this two bedroom condo at Villa Estancia. We were a family of four with two older teens. Owner was a great communicator and answered all my questions. Condo unit was clean, updated, and beautiful inside and out. It even had four bathrobes which we thought were a great touch. We loved the extra space of the family area and the huge balcony. It had an amazing ocean view. Morning coffee on the balcony was perfect. The kitchen had everything we needed (except pot holders?). We cooked our breakfasts every day and a couple other meals. The only thing I would note that I did not realize when I booked was the master and living space was separated from the other bedroom by two doors that opened to the outside. This was not a problem for us and my teens actually preferred the extra “separation”. If I had little ones though I may think differently. I think you can see it on the floor plan but I didn’t pick up on it. We enjoyed the pool and amenities at estancia. We utilized the paddle boards and kayaks from the resort. We ate at a few restaurants and they were decent. Some overpriced. We found dining off property to be our favorite. Definitely make a reservation for Metate off resort. You won’t be disappointed. We also stopped at Walmart the first day and bought some essentials. The staff at the pool were attentive and the drinks and pool food were yummy! We will be back.

Lovely place and great value! We were allowed to check in at 3:00, one hour early, but they did take our groceries and put them up and in fridge for us as we arrived before lunch from airport and that was lovely.

OUR STAY AT VILLA ESTANCIA WAS SO ENJOYABLE - POOL TEMPERATURE PERFECT, CHAIRS AND TOWELS PLENTIFUL, SERVICE AT POOL AND RESTAURANTS POLITE, FRIENDLY, EFFICIENT, EXCELLENT. UNIT WAS SPOTLESS, COMFORTABLE SEATING FOR ALL INSIDE AND OUT, TEMPERATURE VERY EASY TO CONTROL, BEDS AND CURTAIN OPTIONS EXCELLENT, KITCHEN WELL STOCKED EXCEPT DISH DETERGENT AND PAPER TOWELS. We stayed here for a week. It was everything we could have wanted and more. The proximity to the beach was perfect and a short beach walk to other restaurants. Our rooms were beautiful and the view each morning made drinking my coffee on the balcony a treat! The staff was so friendly and helpful and Ken quickly answered any questions I had. We played pickleball and swam. There is a garage to park your car as well. I would highly recommend Ken’s place to anyone visiting Cabo San Lucas.

I love Cabo and I love La Estancia. This is our 7th stay at this location. It was to celebrate my son’s 40th bday. When we walked into Ken’s unit it was fresh and clean. The view of the grounds and the ocean are spectacular. I spent hours sitting on the patio enjoying family and watching boats go by. Very relaxing and we’re already planning our next trip. Thank you Ken for being flexible with our check out as my grandson was napping before we headed to the airport. What a great place!

We had a fantastic time during our stay and the condo was beyond our expectations. Our communication with Ken was fantastic and he was very accommodating to us. I highly recommend La Estancia and specifically this unit. It is centrally located in the resort and the fourth floor views allowed for great visual of the pools and ocean.

The kids all wanted to swim in the ocean. Enjoyed very much. The only complaint I would say is not enough chairs by the pool. Always taken with towels. Would definitely come back. Even looked at units for sale. Thanks again. Nancy

Villa La Estancia 3406 is a beautiful condo!! We had a fantastic stay at this luxury resort. Check in was easy and the condo was immaculate upon arrival. The staff at the resort are so polite and helpful. It was nice to have housekeeping every second day (so many resorts during covid don't offer that at all). The patio is huge and the views are so much better than shown. The two chaises have direct sun in the morning so you can suntan on your private patio. Two full bedrooms and three bathrooms was a great set up. Everyone had lots of room. The linens and towels are very high quality. All the furniture is newer and in perfect condition. The washer and dryer were very helpful too. There is no detergent provided but it is available from the store just across the street. The poolside restaurant was our favorite. There is also a great pizza restaurant at the resort next door. We had an oceanfront table at sunset. There are water taxis at the beach to take you to Lovers Beach (a must!) or the marina. The beach chaises and umbrellas are complimentary which was great (we stayed previously at a hotel that charged for beach chaises and umbrellas). The owner, Ken, was very helpful and responded to questions very quickly prior to our stay. Overall a fantastic stay and we highly recommend it. Five Plus Stars!!

We had a great vacation in Cabo at Ken's villa. This is a fantastic property. Villa la Estancia is outstanding. All of the staff here are so helpful and friendly. The balcony is huge and has a great view of the pool and ocean with morning sun and afternoon shade. It was so nice to have the grill and the kitchen and the laundry facilities in the unit. The pools and 5 hot tubs were all so nice with incredible views. We loved this place. Thanks Ken!

This was our first family vacation in years and we wanted it to be special. This property exceeded our expectations! Ken was very responsive to all of our pre-trip questions and his information was spot on. As beautiful as the pictures in the listing are, they don't do justice to the real thing...the resort and villa are AMAZING! All of the furnishings and equipment in the unit were quality and in excellent condition! The resort itself is exclusive and we were so happy that we chose Villa La Estancia. The whole resort is very clean and maintained to the highest standard! We can't wait to go back and we will definitely be booking the same villa. Thank you Ken!

Our experience was even better than we expected. It was our first time staying at Villa La Estancia, and we're already hooked. The unit is very spacious and has a great view from the large balcony. The pools are great, the food and swim up bar were awesome. Beach was perfect. Best part of all was the Estancia staff, who are incredibly polite and accommodating. Can't wait to come back!
