“The hotel was extremely accommodating ”

“There were for sure a few issues, however the staff worked diligently to resolve, issue 1 my booking was for 2 queen beds, my room was 2 double, however within 1 hour the had this resolved. Issue 2 we had 2 keycards( mine, son) everytime one of us used ours it would cancel the other card, this was arduous, as we had to keep going to the front desk to have this fixed. Issue 3 rooms not stocked with coffee/tea for next day, Issue 4 all ice machines not working, again to the front desk, However...

“The staff at check in were great, however we had a large group and opted for a 2 bedroom suite, but somehow got a handicap version, which is fine except the bathroom then takes a majority of the living space, which we needed to accommodate our group. The room was nice otherwise, just much smaller than expected. ”
