We were also only left with one small towel at the beginning. None of these issues ruined the experience totally but overall the hotel was rather mediocre”

“This place was full of homeless people in the lobby. It did not feel safe. The staff could not have cared less. The elevator was not working. There was no coffee available. You had to ask the front desk for a cup and the cream and sugar likely because all the vagrants are having out in there taking it. This was the first and last time staying there. We have stayed at the Best Western up the block several times with zero issues. This means they have figured out how to keep these people from...
