“This review is for suite 319 in the Atrium. The hotel looks amazing. It is two seperate buildings linked with a pedway. The main building has a hot tub, pool and water slide and the Atrium has a hot tub and pool. I didn't realize while booking that we were getting a two level room with double balcony overlooking the atrium! At first we were very impressed until we started finding black hairs all over the floor. When my wife tried to shower our daughter”
