“This unit is half of a house, while the other half is also a short term rental. The walls are paper thin; I could hear the conversation of the other tenants, and when their children were up at 7:30 it was impossible to sleep. Of course, the noise will vary depending on who is renting next door. Other than that, the suite was clean, well appointed, and the owner was very responsive and easy to deal with. ”
