“Double billed ”

“Fire alarms rang off and on for three hours from 9 to midnight. Talked to front office and found out that “they’ve been having issues with the fire system.” Excellent. Perhaps that should have been explained on check-in as people where out of their rooms off and on for those hours with NO guidance from management. No refunds, no apologies, no explanation. But the room was clean 👍”

“Clean nice staff”

“Stayed two nights, location is good just next to the CTrain station. Parking is easy, staff friendly. But the facilities are old, no fridge, elevator buttons are functional but light doesn't show up.”

“The hotel was a little more run down than we expected. It’s quite small and our room was at the very end of the 2nd floor, no elevator. The breakfast was small but enough food to fill you. Waffles were great. ”

“All excellent. Can’t believe there was very few patrons. Very good food prices. Lots of workers”

“The duty manager ilean (sp?) was awesome! She even lent us her personal umbrella. The staff were very accommodating.”
