“We had a wonderful time here! It was our first time in the area and we enjoyed going to the lake and the amenities the cabin had to offer. It allowed us to grill up dinner, spend time together outside with beautiful views, a place for the kids to safely run around, and adequate space inside for us to all spend time relaxing in the evening. We'd love to come back to make this an annual trip!”

“The Basecamp Lodge was awesome! The property is super cool, with a really fun looking communal courtyard (we'll have to check that out in the summer months!) and it feels very neighborhood-y versus commercial. Town is very close if you need take-out, groceries (fire wood at Ray's!), or things to do (Movie Theater near Ray's, Ice Skating rink is like 3 min drive, Ski Park/Sledding, Lake Siskiyou).We stayed in Cabin 4 which was perfect for us. Although the photos are nice and well done I think...

“The cabin was very clean, and everything was all set for our stay. Very impressed with the care they’ve taken in keeping everything well appointed. The site is a little cramped with other cabins very nearby, so it’s more of a subdivision feel rather than a cabin, but for the purpose of our trip it was perfect despite that.”

“Amazing cabin surrounded by redwoods in a private setting ! The property is super close to many trails and hikes in the local state parks to see the big trees. Would recommend to anyone”

“This was exactly what my wife and i were looking for! Chris, the host was awesome with communication. The property has amazing walking roads and nature everywhere you look that just matches the Cabin Vibe. The fireplace so cozy after our walk viewing wild flora and fauna. The hot tub is perfect for two people amd is private even though its up at thr main house. This was absolutely what we needed and more then we expected. We will be looking at this for our future get aways!!!!!”
