“The location is beautiful, property has a great ocean view, and it is walkable to Capitola. Amazing to see the Monarch butterflies that they help to raise there. The staff was very nice and accommodating. However, This property needs to be maintained better. The grounds ( paths, trees, deck) had not been taken care of in some time. Poison oak, spider webs, dirty chairs/tables where we were to have breakfast. Our room was even less inviting. Steps to second floor are steep, not easy to...
