“I had a frustrating experience with this stay. As a first-time visitor to the area, I expected at least a general location or address ahead of time so I could plan my trip and know where I was heading. Unfortunately, the hosts refused to provide any address until right before check-in at 3PM.
While I understand safety and privacy concerns, not giving guests any sense of location in advance makes it very difficult to plan, especially when traveling to an unfamiliar city. It added unnecessary...

“Kitchen was equipped with basic items, which was fine for us, as we did not do any cooking. Fresh ground coffee and coffee maker were great for getting the mornings started. There was a cooler and large ice pack, which were perfect for storing items while we hiked! Propane fire pit and furniture were comfortable in the cooler evenings. Enjoyed dinner at 2 places within walking distance- Saloon and Sky High Pie. We stayed Tuesday- Friday; there may have been other options open on the weekends....

“Easy access since it is right off the road to the West Entrance. Kitchen fully stocked and the bed was comfortable! Air Conditioner works great!

“Had everything we needed, including coffee. Everything worked, easy door access. This is minor but they might want to change the bathroom faucet. Neat, clean, quiet and walkable neighborhood. Close to Joshua Tree visitor center. We wished the hot tub was a little farther from the roof so we would have a 360° sky view, but otherwise it was really perfect.”
