I decided to move hotels after the 2nd night and the hotel would not refund the rest of my money. I reached out to hotels.com and they were not able to assist. “Booked 7 nights at the resort. Left after 6 The first 5 were pleasant. Other than breakfast there were no other options available. One had to walk a few minutes to the main street to local restaurants. We were told it was the off season so everything was shut. The 5th evening though was when disaster hit.
