“They didn't give me the room that I've paid for. The room were MOLDY. EVEN THE BED SHEETS AND THE PILLOWS WERE MOLDY. I have requested a change of the room but they already booked the other room. Their attitude shifted when I said the room was moldy and not even clean”

“Very nice property for a good price. There are some sign of wear in the room but it is very nice and comfortable and well located; only a few minutes from the beach. The girl at the front desk, Yen, is the sweetest and friendliest! She was always ready to help and give suggestions! The only minor thing is the lock on the balcony can be opened from the outside and it connects to other guests' balcony so technically anyone could get in.
