Hotel a Cambridgeport

“Only coffee available for breakfast. Room smelled horrible and it was dirty collecting dust and dirty behind curtain. Fyi:: if you like to sleep in dark room bring your own black out curtains. Towels where dirty and very dingy. . Restaurant closes at 3 and nothing close by where to get a decent meal. Won't be staying there again.”

“I don’t know where to begin. The place smelled like cigarette smoke. When I tried to check in I had to ring a bell and was to come back as the front desk staff seemed to all go out to lunch. After finally checking in, the tv didn’t work, the iron is broken and spilled water everywhere when I tried to iron my clothes. This is an older hotel that doesn’t have all the updated and most modern conveniences but if it did, it would be twice as expensive and I probably would not have stayed there. “The customer service alone here makes me want to stay here time and time again! Every single staff member I dealt with at the front desk and on the phone was so kind and extremely pleasant to deal with. As a solo traveler, this also gave me a feeling of safety which I truly appreciate. The rooms may be slightly outdated, but was clean and comfortable for a one night stay. The mattress was a bit softer than I prefer, but the A/C ran great and I slept like a baby all night with zero disturbance....
