“The staff was great but my Expedia reservation somehow didn’t get thru to the Hotel. I had made the reservation in December as the price was reasonable. Upon trying to check in the hotel claimed it wasn’t in the system. The employee was trying his best to figure it out but the manager said it was my responsibility to contact Expedia myself. I ended up staying at their current price which was double the Dec pricing and the place is a dump. ”

“This hotel offers a cheap yet good quality accommodation option near Phoenix downtown (~10 mins walking from the city center). The room was comfortable and silent, Wi-Fi works well. Staff is very friendly, welcoming, and available for any issue. Free breakfast offered every day from 6.30 to 9.30 am.
I would definitely recommend staying here. ”

“It’s important to note this property does not have a pool and our room did not have a tub. This was an error on my part and didn’t affect my review, because it was my mistake.
The rooms are spacious but had areas of damage in multiple places. The door was chipped on both sides, there were broken parts on both night stands and the bathroom door would swing. One of the beds was sagging in the middle and sounded like it was going to break in half every time you rolled over.
