“Room was Clean and having a kitchen with refrigerator and microwave was so convenient. Staff was very helpful and polite. Breakfast had a lot of choices and breakfast area was clean and staff were great at refilling food and refreshing the tables”

“In linea di massima è andato tutto bene. Facile da trovare, ampio parcheggio, receptionist simpatico e veloce. La camera è la tipica americana, nel nostro caso con due letti queen, posto per i bagagli e bagno di grandezza adeguata. Unica nota negativa, se proprio vogliamo essere precisi, era il nostro condizionatore: molto rumoroso! In caso di sonno leggero diventa fastidioso.”

“La porta del bagno scorreva male e aveva la maniglia rotta non aveva nemmeno una chiusura presentava con dei chiodini a punta sulla parte rotta anche pericolose infatti mi sono tagliato per il resto tutto nella norma”

“Hotel Heron is ideally located in the middle of Old Town Alexandria. Rooms were clean and bed was very comfortable. Kiln onsite restaurant was very good. We did have a couple issues with the room attendant who forgot to replace our wash cloths and made the bed with two top sheets instead of using a bottom fitted sheet. The sheet you laid was not tucked in so it slid around and got bundled up during the night. Annoying. Hotel’s valet parking is expensive so we used the Courthouse Garage...

“Staff was wonderful and friendly! I'm hoping that the hotel is going through a renovation given the construction work happening downstairs and the temporary lobby. We were on the top floor and the ceiling was popcorn and badly patched in many places, the bottom of the bathroom door was literally rotting off and the room had an old-fashioned wall air conditioning unit that was very loud. The carpet was fraying up against the tile and we stepped on carpet nails or rough tile multiple times. ...

“hotel della nota catena, in ottima posizione sulla strada principale di Old Alexandria a due blocchi dalle 2 linee metro Blue e Yellow che in 30 minuti portano a downtown Washington DC. servizi da rivedere (colazione scarna e ristorante-bar chiuso) e disastroso il rassetto camere (3 giorni non sono passati a pulire e quando sono passati non hanno lasciato asciugamani) inoltrate proteste alla Reception che però non ha risolto il problema”
