“We checked in around midnight. Front desk person gave us room 104 first. We went in and it smell smokes. I kept going back so many times to get new rooms. They all smell smoke. After 4th room, we just decided to stay and be done with it. All 4 rooms smell smokes. It appeared that all rooms are smoking rooms even through it states that it is a non smoking rooms. We were not able to sleep at all. It was so miserable. It is near the freeway which do not bother us. Smell of smoke inside the room...

“When we walked in the front door, the entry and lobby smelled so good - EVERY day. Our room and bathroom were very clean. AC was wonderful. Room was spacious.
