“All'inizio la mia camera era nella direzione della strada e per il rumore sono stati gentili a cambiarmi la camera,ho rilevato problemi più volte avvisato la recezione senza risultati ia TV non si riusciva ad abbassare il volume così dovevo spegnerla,una finestra del bagno potevo chiuderla aprire se smontando il pannello ,la luce della camera mancava una lampadina ed era fiocca . “We didn’t even check in. We pulled up to the house and it looked scetchy!!! Dirty rolled up carpet impeding the door to enter the apartment, broken down car with broken window in the driveway. Neighbor kids running all over the place.

“The man at the front desk when we checked in may 21, 2026 around 4:30ish pm was the best. He went out of his way to explain parking to me. His explanation should be included in the voyager inn website because it is a complete picture of your options. The website just says public parking - let me tell you the parking availability is dicey. You must pay the meter when you street park. Check the rules or u will be ticketed. The lot across the street that is for parking services has time limits...

“Smokers paradise . The room was def dated, dingy but “clean” enough. The heat wasn’t working so they had this heater in the room that was very dirty and loud. Lots of smokers (people) all over the parking lot, lobby and outside on their balconies so lots of noise along with reg street noise. Very busy hotel”

“The property is starting to show its age, but it has been very well maintained. It is a cozy little hotel. Check-in procedures were exactly as described in their communication via Expedia in my case. Not 5 star hotel but I will def be back. It has character and people are really nice. Great job.”

“This place was terrible. Dirty we had two towels no washcloths no hand towels. And not a lot of anything else. We had a TV through the cracks your cable that went to nowhere so we got about four channels. Luckily I plugged my computer in with an HDMI cable and was able to watch some good shows off my computer. I would highly recommend you not stay here.”

“Super convenient and well thought out place but none of the outlets or chargers in our room worked. We had to use the common areas to charge the phones. We were in the basement, which I was grateful for since it was hot and there’s no a/c- -totally normal for Alaska- but lots of noise of people walking around upstairs.
I’ve been in other rooms here before and had a better experience. It’s a great “budget friendly” option and was convenient to Kincaid park which we needed but next time, I’ll...
