“Room was great! Staff friendly. Bed comfortable. But the walls are paper thin and most rooms have adjoining doors and we could hear every word and move by the people next door. Other than that it was a good stay!”

“Nastiest Hotel I have ever stayed at. Came in to checked in then went to an event. Came back later around midnight to realize that I had a single bed vs double I booked. There was no towel at all like nothing. Bed stains on the sheets… I asked for another room and they said they didn’t have anything else. I asked for towels they said they did not do their laundry so I would have to wait in the morning. In the morning there was still no towels or anyone in the hallway to provide towels. Went to...

“The reservation was made through Expedia, with notes to have 2 cribs available upon arrival. I called the hotel to confirm prior to flying in. That night, upon checkin, they did not have any cribs as promised. But luckily, they were able to find a couple pack and plays. I had to request additional bedding several times, but kept getting sheets rather than blankets/pillows. There were numerous miscommunications.
