“Pleasant reception staff on arrival. Room a good size and had a great view over the lake. Would stay there again if in the area. My pet peeve is where the range of pump soap/conditioner etc are mounted in poor locations. It was difficult for me to use the soap dispenser beside the hand basin as it had been installed against the frame of the mirror. It was no deal breaker, just a peeve!”

“I had an issue with the drain in my shower not draining properly and after reporting the issue a 2nd time it was attended to and fixed. The staff are always friendly.”

“Constant power outages , club staff at the time were rude and overheard them complaining about my call to them , talking to reception. Completely taken out of context to make them feel justified to whinge about it. Was appalled at that club staffer. Did not enter the club that visit.”

“Would stay again just for the complimentary mini bar, what a game-changer! Staff were incredible - shout out to Daryl in reception. He left a jar of lollies for my son upon learning it was his b-day. But every other staff we I have interacted with was incredible, warm but professional, communicated well. “No lift, no prior knowledge, young lady at the front desk not at all helpful”

“The property location was excellent but the cleanliness of the room was very poor. The headboard, couch, and carpet were all stained. The sheet had a small tear in it. The wardrobe had a pile of dust, and the bathroom floor under the vanity hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. Room 111.”
