Spaziosa casa a 3 piani a soli 2 isolati dalla spiaggia ea 10 minuti a piedi dalla piazza della città. Affascinante arredamento messicano, incantevole piscina privata e giardino. Il primo piano è una spaziosa grande sala aperta con una grande cucina ben attrezzata, sala da pranzo per 8, soggiorno con TV / DVD a schermo piatto, connessione Wi-Fi gratuita e numerosi servizi. C'è un telefono solo per le chiamate locali. Il terzo piano è una master suite con grandi porte scorrevoli su balconi su entrambi i lati e lascia entrare una piacevole brezza trasversale. Ha anche un'enorme cabina doccia nel bagno privato. Il secondo piano ha 3 camere da letto, una con bagno privato e due camere condividono un bagno.

Il giardino appartato e l'area piscina sul retro sono il perfetto luogo di ritrovo per il relax. Un grande tavolo con 5 sedie e 3 lettini per il vostro comfort. Il tetto ha una zona salotto dove è possibile ammirare la vista dell'oceano. Il nostro manager di lingua inglese può aiutarti ad avere la vacanza perfetta. Great Getaway!

Property was clean and perfect for our vacation! Could have used a few more bath towels and the couches are needing to be replaced in the near future but overall everything was great!

This place is clean and nice. It has everything you will need for your stay minus the food and drinks. It’s three blocks from the beach and food. The town is safe and fun. We will return.

Amazing house

Everything was as advertised.Beautiful home with all that you could want.The pool was great to enjoy after a day at the beach.The lovely beach was a few minutes walk away.The bikes were handy to have.The beds were comfortable.We were close to everything.

Wonderful property - the photos don’t do it justice. It’s very very lovely. Loved our stay, plenty of room for us all to spread out. Very good location. There was some building work taking place opposite but that wasn’t fault of property. Walking distance to town square which is very pretty, good restaurants. Would highly recommend.

Fabulously decorated space inside and out. The private pool was clean and a highlight of our stay. The kitchen included water, some ground coffee, and all of the equipment we needed. The host responded to questions quickly and thoughtfully. We booked Airport transfers, private chef and smirking snorkeling through the host. AC worked well in the downstairs and sleeping rooms. We were delighted with our stay and would go back.

The roof top terrace was a great place to spend the evening as it had a nice cool breeze. With only a few minutes walk to the beach and restaurants, and that it was in a quiet area, we really found it the perfect place to stay.

Wonderful stay!

The house was perfectly located on a quiet street on the beach side of Puerto Morelos. Close to shopping, beach clubs, restaurants and groceries. Beautiful house! AC worked great, very hot water, good water pressure, clean and stocked with everything a house shoud have and more. The pool was another highlight of the house!! Management was helpful and communication was great! I plan to come back next year!!

Fabulous house, above & beyond rental company

Beautiful home and outdoor patio/pool with plenty of space for extended family. Grandparents thoroughly enjoyed the third floor where they could escape the noise and chaos of our young children. Perfect location - less than 5 minute stroll to the beach, 1/2 mile to the town square - close enough to walk anywhere you want to be, but far enough from the noise and bustle of the town. Puerto Morelos is a fabulous place to visit if you're traveling with young children! Abby del Sol rental company is truly the best - so helpful and prompt with questions, coordinating taxis, recommendations for restaurants and activities. You may want to pack an eye mask as some of the rooms have thin curtains and the lights around the house at night are bright. Beds are quite comfortable, kitchen is well stocked for cooking and baking. Couldn't imagine any place better.

The perfect property!

We were excited about staying at Abbey del Sol from the moment we booked it, and when we arrived, it was even more charming than the online listing. Spotlessly clean, the AC worked well (we needed it!), with a beautiful pool, large bedrooms, relaxing gathering areas and plenty of bathrooms. We traveled to Puerto Morales for a family member's wedding. Our group was three generations: my husband and I, our daughter and son-in-law and 2 grandsons ages 11 & 13. The boys (young & older) spent hours in the pool, and when we weren't exploring the cute shops and local restaurants (all within a few minutes walk), they were at the beach, only 2 blocks away. The rooftop patio had a beautiful view of the neigborhood and the water, and lots of balconies on each level to enjoy the out of doors. The management was very responsive and booked airport transportation for us and to several other venues. Be assured, if you book this property, you will not be disappointed!

Amazing Home in Puerto Morelos

This house exceeded our expectations. Kitchen fully stocked with all appliances and cookware you will need. Beds were very comfortable, plenty of linens including beach towels. Loved the bikes to get around town and the beach chairs and beach umbrella were well used while we enjoyed the beach, just a short 5 minutes away. We enjoyed cooling off in the pool and playing cards on the patio. Don't forget to enjoy watching stars from the rooftop deck - very pleasant. The town of Puerto Morelos was an unexpected treasure. Everyone we met was incredibly friendly. We ate at several restaurants. You must try the fist tacos or fajitas at El Pirata and say hi to Carla. Breakfast and dinner at La Choza was excellent. The crew at Wet Set Diving were very helpful and accommodating. We booked all of our excursions through Eduordo at the tour company in the northeast corner of the plaza. The Chedraui grocery store is well stocked for cooking at home. Hopefully this is our first of several vacations to this lovely town!

The host kept very prompt contact with us during our week. Wonderful house, very well equipped! Thick large beach towels, a bonus.. Well landscaped very peaceful in yard.. Top deck has a surprise, you can see the ocean . A must stay with this Abbey del Sol..

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Over the years we have rented many vacation homes, but the Abbey del Sol group and Casa Mulder far exceeded our expectations. As three couples that largely prepare meals at home, this was the best stocked kitchen ever.Even the utility had shelves with ovenware and small appliances. For those that do not cook, there so many other special touches.....master bdm coffee station, beach totes with your towels, all the paper products and personal care items were included and refreshed after the first week. And the house itself was wonderfully laid out for both family time and personal reading space. We also spent a lot of time around the pool. The only negative we had was the living room sofa was broken down and almost unusable. Based on how the home is cared for, I’m sure that will soon be replaced.

Reviewer Comments: Casa Mulder is an absolutely wonderful house, decorated with so much taste everywhere, very clean and with many spaces where to hang out (by the pool, TV room, living room, etc.) The master bedroom takes up a whole floor, fantastic. Abbey del Sol has excellent customer service, very responsive to any special needs. The town's restaurants offer superior quality food, often 4-5 stars at a very reasonable price. The only drawback was the large amount of seaweed (sargassum) by the shore, much more in 2023 than in previous years.
