“Our experience was wonderful and perfect for vacation, however, some things weren’t as we expected (which may have been partly our expectations). First, the host team was incredible; my card was stolen and replaced and they were unable to charge, so the host spent a lot of time on the phone with me to make sure k could get the rental paid for in time to check in. “Property exactly as described. Amazing view and right by the town square. Golfcart rental and market next door. We had a few minor issues bc of a tropical storm but the host ensured we were able to arrive at a different casita with same view. We had an issue with the door one day and the manager was on site in less than 5 minutes and worked to get us in. Pool was clean and cold and other amenities were as described as well. We would definitely stay again. Thank you!”

“Condo was nicely furnished, bed was very comfortable. View was amazing from balcony, direct ocean front above the Malecon. Never had air conditioning on in our 15 day stay, fresh ocean breezes constantly. San Miguel Villas is in a great location. 2 blocks from the ferry, easy walk. “I stayed in this lovely home for 3 nights with 9 dear friends for my bachelorette party just before getting married in Playa del Carmen! We are a group of women in our 30s and loved relaxing at the house and exploring the nearby beaches and restaurants! We also loved cooking together at the house and truly appreciated the amazing hospitality of the host! The large screened in porch area outside the kitchen upstairs was a wonderful spot to spend time together!”
