I would say there should be some upgrades made to the tv to be bigger, a more comfortable mattress, and if there was a way to make the floors less squeaky that’d be great. “Wonderful Family Stay – Highly Recommend! We had a fantastic two-night family break at the Cumberland Hotel. We booked a family room with a king-size bed and bunk beds, and used Tesco Clubcard points which was a great bonus. We arrived just before check-in, easily found parking, and were warmly welcomed. “My friend and I went from Monday -Friday. On arriving the staff were lovely however got to the room and it was dark. My friend and I said if they had arranged the bedroom differently it wouldn’t have felt so dark. The heater in the bathroom was so dangerous. Also the whole hotel needed some TLC. But the staff made up for the rest of it every member of staff was lovely. ”
