“I was impressed with the every aspect of this hotel, from the decore - not as bland as most hotels, with a nice mix of furniture and decorations appropriate to the age of the original building, to the fantastic staff at reception, the size of the rooms (very large suite) and the very comfy bed and furniture. A delight to stay there and the Provincial will be my accommodation choice when staying in Ballarat in the future.”

“Excellent park, very central to everything we needed to see in Ballarat. Only downside (which is quite a big one) the mosquito screens are needing replaced as a result out cabin was filled with mosquitoes. Resulting inis getting so many bites all over our body. Also the floors needed to be cleaned. ”

“Bathroom looked liked it had never been cleaned for ages. Netting on windows were all torn . Hanging space for clothes was dirty. Only thing clean was bed”
