“Front desk unfriendly. Never smiled once. Housekeeper walked into my unit. I had my do not disturb sign on my door handle. Room was very dusty. AC went in & out. Loved the room size & that it had a kitchen. Staff needs to be more friendly & housekeeping shouldn't just walk in your room without knocking first. I was getting up to answer the door& he was walking right in. Property itself was beautiful & quiet.”

“This was our second visit at the Virginia and yet again , we loved it! Friendly and attentive staff, great service, lovely ambiance and great amenities. We love the complimentary breakfast out on the porch and the ability to use the pool at The Congress Hall. Looking forward to our next trip back!”

“Really enjoyed staying at the Star Inn. Very nice and have access to all the facilities at Congress Hall. Only gripe was lack of parking due to a busy weekend and people parking where they weren't supposed to. ”
