“Our first impression was poor because the young lady that checked us in was confused about our reservation and scrolling on her phone the whole time. Several times she didn’t even respond when I asked to clarify something. We had traveled 13 hours and were exhausted. The breakfast waitress was very sweet and we loved her. I wish I got her name to give her a shout out.”

“Found a shell of a bed bug on my bed, very upset. Room has an odor of mold when warm outside. ”

Afternoon tea (separate and open to the public) was not recomendable. Nothing like the real thing. Bar was well stocked. ”

“Really enjoyed the style and decor of the hotel. The river view from the restaurants was very nice. Everything felt clean and new. We can’t with a baby and they had a pack and play available for the room. Staff was very friendly and pleasant. We especially liked the easy walking access to the town. We will definitely be back. ”
