Hotel con servizio concierge a Capital - Regione di Saratoga

“Ottimo in tutto”

“Staff was very courteous and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. The room was clean.”

“Clean and nice hotel. Friendly staff. Rooms are modern and have all basic amenities you need. Free breakfast is a plus. Will stay here again.”

“The bed was comfortable and a good price. Property needs some TLC. Ceiling of room was in rough shade - dirty and peeling celining in bathroom. Breakfast was very basic.”

“Sporca …livello molto basso per il prezzo pagato!! Colazione scarsa”

“Great location, clean room and great hotel host. Only suggestion is to get larger pillows as they were tiny andvonly two per bed. Also, neighboring room weed smoke permiated the hallway and into our room which ruined the air quality. Hard for hotel staff to control that but worth mentioning.”

“The rooms in the building we stayed at had recently been renovated. New paint new, flooring, new beds. Walls are thin and you can hear everything from the hallway. The first night was quiet but Saturday night was noisy. In the main building, there are still more renovations to be done. Breakfast did not provide a lot of options other than carbohydrates. All the employees we interacted with were pleasant.”

“Good location, clean rooms and comfortable beds. We accidentally left our Kindle in the room at check out. The housekeeping staff returned it to the front desk. The front desk emailed me to let me know it was there. Extremely pleased to have it returned. Will stay at this hotel again.”

“This property has a delicious breakfast buffet as well as a hot tub and pool that we thoroughly enjoyed.”

“I had a wonderful, worry-free stay in a comfortable, clean room! The free breakfast was absolutely worth it! The cost of the room was also very reasonable.”

“Clean room. Helpful staff. Nice breakfast with large dining room. Very nice”

“The property and room were clean and well maintained. The front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was a nice surprise with so many options to chose from.”

“Tutto ok”

“Lovely stay with family for a funeral in the area. Really appreciated the hot coffee and tea available at all times in the lobby.”

“Overall, it was a place to stay convenient and location, but otherwise I would say not the cleanest and definitely a little shady late at night. Staff was helpful but it was clear they were timid and just wanted to keep their heads down.”
