“The hallways were very dusty and carpets were dirty. Had to go to another floor to get ice. Before checkout the maids kept knocking on the door. No microwave and for the rate it should have been one and a sofa. Parking very expensive. Room was clean. Staff was friendly at desk. It’s family friendly. Other than that it was good. Except put table game had missing chips”

“stanza sporca con capelli neri ovunque, struttura praticamente con zero servizio, immensa, caotica, con scarse indicazioni per la reception, impossibile perfino fermarsi per scaricare i bagagli per il check in senza pagare il parcheggio $15 (cosa non menzionata da nessuna parte).
Tante perdite di tempo.
Totale assenza di gestione e indifferenza nei confronti del cliente.

Brutta esperienza.

I stayed here because of the convenient location next to Tanger Outlets, which made shopping easy. Unfortunately, that's about where the positives ended for me.
For a hotel of this size, the amenities were disappointing. There is no pool, no casino, no vending machines for drinks or snacks, and only one small coffee shop with limited hours. I was surprised there wasn't a place to grab coffee or a drink early in the morning or later in the evening without leaving the property.
