“Other than no hot water in either sink & no heat, the cabin was GREAT. Hot water in the shower. No carbon monoxide detected. Kitchen, paper towels, sun porch, water faucet outside, extra blanket, fridge... The bomb!

“Ho prenotato a novembre una camera beach front de luxe ad almond beach. Mi sono ritrovata a villa margarita . Questo edificio è degli stessi proprietari è accanto ma è diverso. Mi sono lamentata perché la camera non andava bene era rumorosa a causa di condizionatori posti accanto a villa margarita. Non è stato possibile il cambio perché l'hotel era pieno. Hanno dato la colpa dell'errore a hotel.com . La struttura comunque è bella e ben tenuta. La spiaggia ideale per il relax”

“Maya Heights Village is absolutely EXCEPTIONAL! I traveled alone for my birthday and I felt completely safe. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable at all times, including changing my cabin when there were Wifi issues. Ingris, the lead coordinator was AMAZINGLY kind and attentive at all times. She was so sweet, even having a surprise birthday banner and cake set up at dinner when I arrived! She did so much, helping me book a wonderful tour and having a staff member...

Put a “reserved” sign on the beach chairs in front of the freestanding villas. People who were not using the resort sat in ours and took our cushions a few times.
