“No microwave for guests. Must rent for a day to use for 30 seconds.”

“One of the exit doors didn't open, no water in the pool and the elevator make noise when you come down scared my wife. Understand they had we're going on in the hotel to make it better.”

“This hotel need some TLC as far as the genral updates. Interior and with hvac.”

“This hotel was nice, clean and the staff was very friendly BUT the only bad thing was the shower. It sprinkled, droplets of water was coming out. I managed to get my body wash which took a long time to get the soap off. That definitely needs to be fixed.”

“I truly enjoyed my stay. The location was perfect. It was close to the Mall and the Civic Center. I only stayed one night but the staff really made an impression on me. The front desk clerk, Chautona McZeal was Awesome! She was very kind and helpful. You would never guess that it was her 1st day on the job. My room was prepared by Mattie and she did a great job. She even met me in the parking lot to make sure that everything was OK with the room. Excellent Customer Service!”

“I would NOT recommend this property! Although one employee (young lady) was polite and helpful, the young man working the desk on Saturday morning was rude and inconsiderate. The room was not clean (e.g., dirty kitchen and not dusted kitchen table or nightstands; bathroom was okay). The hallways, elevator, and stairwells reeked of weed. ”

“The hotel was average. The bed was comfortable, room spacious, clean. Minimum furniture, not a lot of counter space. The pool was on the smaller size. It said breakfast buffet, but it was more like a Continental. No eggs, or meat.”

“This place was extremely disappointing. The towels had a foul odor, the toilet was broken, the tub didn’t drain, the fridge was leaking, none of the ice machines worked, and the breakfast was unsanitary and tasted awful. This used to be my go‑to spot, but never again.”
