“Our room smelled like pets. In particular it smelled like a dog kennel. I have allergies and it caused me to become very congested and made me sneeze a lot. There was a terribly loud and persistent noise coming from the thermostat and heat/cool unit in our room. It started up about every five minutes or so. Even after we turned it off it made loud noises like an industrial refrigerator. 👎”

“It looks as if they are renovating rooms at this time. We had fresh paint and new flooring but the furniture was disintegrating due to water damage. The sheets and towels were washed but they were stained. There was dried gum wadded up on the edge of the night stand. The front desk staff were very polite and friendly though.”

“Room had a refrigerator which was frozen up. desk person promised to have it looked at the next day, never saw the person. Here 3 days, there was NO room service during my stay. Bathroom sink drained very slow and faucet was leaking.”

“We had a room with a kitchen. It was well stocked. The room needed several repairs. The shower door did not close, the bathroom light did not work, the lamp did not work, etc. The room was clean.”
