“This is my favorite hotel near the Charlotte airport. I feel safe leaving my car there while I am on my trip.”

“ Very clean, plenty of parking. Easy access to room from lobby or outside. ”

“Updated and modern, wooden floors are nice si that there’s not that typical carpet small that most hotels have. Clean and bright. Unsustainable using all plastic and throwaway. Breakfast was fine, coffee subpar ”

“It’s the perfect hotel for an overnight stay. The staff are friendly and professional. Wish you didn’t have to call for the shuttle but it should pass like the other hotels every half hour. ”

“Rooms were very nice they are in the middle of renovations Staff was amazing! We stay there again very close to airport.”

“The he only issues was some of the guest were standing outside listening to loud music and dancing.”

“Check in area was so loud because the lobby was closed. It was difficult to hear over the ice and soda machines. The room smelled like cigarettes and marijuana and the fridge was so loud we had to unplug it. There was a big gap under the door. That said, the staff was friendly. The room looked like it had some updates recently. And the bed was really comfortable. ”

“Hair was stuck to the bathroom door and everything looked and felt dirty. The chain on the door was broken. The TV picture quality was terrible. The shower just felt gross. ”

“Hotel was still incomplete, so the smell of dirt and construction could be smelled on the 3rd floor. ”

“My group had a very bad experience at another hotel that was rundown and soiled with mold in the bathroom. We checked out at 9:30 am booked the Beacon and when the gentleman was told what we went through at the other hotel he checked us in early so we could get well needed rest. Top notch experience at the Beacon thanks again for such great service. ”

“Overall, my stay was pleasant. The room was very clean upon arrival, and the breakfast selection each morning was excellent. I would also like to note that the staff was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and accommodating throughout my visit. The only concerns I experienced were that housekeeping did not visit to refresh or straighten the room during my stay, and unfortunately, the refrigerator in the room was not functioning properly. Aside from those issues, the experience was enjoyable.”
