“We could not have had a better stay! Staff was great. We had a terrible experience with American Airlines, several late and cancelled flights on our way to the Bahamas, thank goodness we were able to salvage our vacation by staying at the JW. They even supplied goody bags to try to supply everything we were missing in our luggage.”

“First time staying here and I had a wonderful experience at Home2 Suites. My daughter and I stayed here for a cheer competition and the location is great. The whole place was very clean and all of the staff was exceptional. Would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay in Charlotte. The breakfast buffet was also great most places have very few things but this layout was like a restaurant style buffet and the food was great!”

“I was staying over the recent snowstorm event and the night after that hit nothing was moving - so everyone in the hotel wanted to eat there. The staff rose to the challenge and while they couldn’t conjure tables and kitchen staff out of thin air, everybody got fed and the timelines were well communicated.”

“I was in town for concert at the Blumenthal Center and the Hyatt House was an easy walk to that venue; it's even closer to the Spectrum, which is right next door. And there are tons of bars and restaurants also within easy walking distance. So, it was ideal to be able to valet park my car (though a bit pricey!) and not have to worry about driving. Hotel staff were all remarkably friendly and helpful. My room was perfectly clean and quiet, and the hotel bar was perfect for drinks and light fare....

“The Marriott City Center offers a helpful, caring staff. It is across the street from the Belk Theater making it a perfect spot when seeing an opera or musical. It is in walking distance to great restaurants. ”
