“Proprio situato al centro Uptown zona più sicura, organizzato benissimo l'unica pecca parcheggio a pagamento ma per quella zona non può essere altrimenti comunque appena si parcheggia al terzo o quarto piano si prende un ascensore e si entra nel retro dell'hotel usando un citofono per farsi aprire dal desk perché le porte interne si aprono solo con la chiave della camera al fine di garantire la sicurezza della struttura, colazione ottima un bacon così non l'ho mai mangiato tutti cortesissimi e...

“Eclectic & cozy . Upscale boutique feel. Very unique. A relaxing getaway in a bustling city. Wonderful front desk staff. Theresa was very courteous and friendly. Room was clean and our breakfast room service order came right at the scheduled time. We will stay here again.”

“If you’re arriving late, make sure you call when you are on your way and let them know when you’re arriving. Late night check-in means low staffing and if someone’s in the bathroom or on their break, you might be outside for a bit.”

“The initial impression pulling up to unload was really bad. It’s unclear which “lane” for valet and which is self park. No signage and a tight space turning in from a busy city street. Awkward. One of the worst initial impressions ever. However, once you finally get in and up the elevators (takes time, there are two hotels stacked on each other in this high rise), the check in, the staff and ultimately the room were all fantastic! “I stayed at the Omni for 2 nights, as I was in town for a wedding nearby. The location was great and the light rail was one block away. The front desk staff were very nice and quick in getting me checked in. The room was big and the bed was comfy, however, the water pressure in the shower left things to be desired, as well as not enough lighting in the bathroom and rest of the room. “Staff didn’t know where the Spectrum Center was. Staff was unfriendly and not helpful”

“Bar wasn’t open long, pool was the size of a kiddie pool, it was EXTREMELY hot in the lobby, we’re told it was a 75$ security hold that actually turned out to be $175. Valet parking is charged by the day and not a flat fee to stay. That was not disclosed. All in all will not be coming back to this location.”
