“It’s clean and nice but, much too expensive for a tiny room that had a window overlooking the interior foyer. Valet parking was $60. I would not stay here again.”

“Great stay! Our room was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of space for three people. A big thank you to the manager for ensuring we had extra pillows and blankets ready for us. I also have to acknowledge the young lady running the Sunday breakfast service, she was working so hard on her own during a busy morning but stayed incredibly friendly and helpful. Friendly staff and great service all around!”

“We were very disappointed in our stay this past weekend. Our room was terrible, the chair was stained, the lampshade was stained, the table was beat up, and the room had an awful smell to it. We were in and out of Charlotte for the weekend, and had a very busy itinerary, otherwise I would’ve tried to raise the concern and tried to get another room.
