“We love this hotel! Was so clean and staff were nice and friendly! ”

“Not have French fries for oiur fish and chip dinner—waitress knew this as we ordered and came back to table what else are willing to have with this—over priced and waitress stated “ they always run out of food”

“This is a wonderful property and we enjoyed our stay. The only reason we gave it a 3/5 overall, is because they surge priced or the Duke Reunion window and it was quite expensive for what we received (ie. 2 nights for a double occupancy was $500/night and this is not a $500/night style hotel).”

“Overall the hotel was nice, good location and friendly staff. We had three rooms and two of the three had issues with the AC not working. The staff eventually moved us to new rooms that were better. ”

“Gorgeous property, friendly staff, and the most important to me, It was exceptionally quiet. Often we travel and have a hard time sleeping due to noise. It was a perfect day and we will return when in town.”

“Overall, the general condition and staff are fine during our stay. However, the light above the mini bar where is coffee maker is located was out-off order, and still not replaced regardless several repeated inquiries for repair. Basic room service is only upon request. ”

“I had to contact the front desk twice for the heat not working. They had to send a maintenance person to the room twice. It still continued to not work through the night, the room was very cold. I woke up with a runny nose and coughing.”
