“Mi sono ritrovato una stanza tipo Motel dei film americani degli anni ‘60 e per di più’ a livello piscina e attaccati agli ombrelloni e sedia a sdraio. Quando ho chiesto di cambiare stanza mi hanno detto che io avevo prenotato una stanza “ vista piscina “. Ho fatto notare che vista piscina e’ diverso da una stanza a “ piano “ piscina. Per parlare con il manager ho atteso più’ di mezz’ora perché’ era….in bagno .. Inutile dire che non ho trovato alcuna volontà’ di risolvere la questione. Poi...

“I love the location and the free shuttle. It takes you to the hospital but also to restaurants within an3 mile distance. Minor problem was the drain plug on the tub didn't work so you can't take baths.”

“Very clean and seemed brand new. Everything was great. Breakfast is a bit pricey for what it is, but we will definitely stay there again. Loved the vinyl floor in the rooms instead of the usual old nasty carpet hotels have.”

“This was a horrible experience for us. The heat was terrible in the lobby. We had a medical emergency due to the heat and had to leave by ambulance. We were told not to return after we left the hospital. We had already paid a higher price for this hotel stay for one night. Our deposit that we were quoted by phone doubled when we arrived. It was a nightmare.”

“I booked one night. Decided I LOVED the property, gym, pool, so much that I wanted to stay for a 2nd night. Serena, the front desk girl, was absolutely the most wonderful pleasant person I have ever dealt with. She moved rooms and bookings around so that I could stay in the same room without having to move, helped with expedia for the 2nd night, and was continually pleasant and friendly. Her manager should DEFINITELY give her a RAISE!!! She is the hotels BEST ambassador! Thank you Serena!”

“Our room was very clean and spacious with a bedroom and a living area/kitchen area. We had the room cleaned once during our stay and they did a great job. The pool area is very nice and there is a nice walking path and lake as well. I used the work out area every day and it is well maintained. It was being cleaned one day when I was getting there. It is very convenient to the highway and has a few restaurants and a coffee shop close by.”
