“Mary the worker who cleaned the pool area was very helpful and kind. She let the kids have some pool toys because we had forgotten ours. Give Mary a raise!”

“Pool floor was dirty and there was a band aid floating in it. Continental breakfast was very bad...stale muffins, crusty microwaved sausage links. The floor in our room was dirty and in need of vaccuming. Receptionist seemed unfriendly and grumpy when asked questions about local events.”

“Staff wasn’t the friendliest. I was not told that there was a fee for parking until after I checked out. TV in the room was not working and when I asked the manager at the front desk, he said that there was not much he could do about it.”

“I gave it 4 stars because the air conditioner in the room was extremely loud and the fan didn’t seem to be working correctly. It felt stifling like no air in the room.”

“Very laid back staff and clean hotel. Our room was very clean and we really enhoied the pool. The breakfast was pretty good as well.”

“so the check in was ok, the lady was ok, not overly friendly or talkative. She was having a coughing attack, asked if she was ok, she said fine. The hotel is old, carpet. worn out, no elevator so you have to go up a flight of steps, it's a huge hotel so be prepared to walk, the sheets are old, two worn out blankets on the beds, one had a hole in it. the bathroom could have been vacuumed or swept better. the room smelled of being old, the AC was awesome, worked well. Breakfast is sub par,...

“The carpeting needs replaced. The first room was not good. I requested another room and I appreciated that room.”
