“Wonderful”

“I liked that it was convenient to highway and in Cary. Safe area. Didn’t like that I had to keep asking for washcloths. It was a 2 person room and they only left one in the room. The 3rd night when I asked for some, once again, I was told they didn’t have any and didn’t have hand towels either. I was told to come back in the morning to check and see if they had clean ones. My question was, what was i supposed to use that evening? They didn’t seem concerned.”

I booked a room with two double beds through my Expedia app. The property gave me a room with one (single) bed and a couch that was so filthy and full of brown stains my dog would not sleep on it. The pictures of the rooms on the internet are not actually what the rooms look like. I told the man at the front I booked a room with double beds. He claimed that was the last room available. I told him since they did not deliver on the correct room I booked there would be no other...

“Location close to so many restaurants and shops. Good housekeeping and clean rooms no bugs!!!”

“Do not use their WiFi all my apps and accounts where breach someone there is doing some serious hacking. Their WiFi is not secure or safe.”

“Room smelled like smoke when we got inside so we burned an incense and got put out for smoke smell and it wasn’t even us we had our 1yr old with us . No towels in the room we had to ask front desk I also had to do some cleaning myself the bathroom wasn’t to my standards this hotel use to look way better about 2-3 years ago now after dark it looks like crackhead central lots of activity outside at night even the police were in the parking lot most of the night”

“The staff were friendly and welcoming upon arrival to the hotel. I travel for work and seeing a smiling face, ready to help you relax was very much appreciated. It was the room itself that was the issue for me. It was apparent that the cleaning staff decided that only partial services were warranted for my stay. 1. The hardwood laminate was nasty. It felt slick and appeared to not have been swept before my arrival. 2. The walls had 'stuff' stuck to them. It was like food stuffs were...

“Very unethical business. I had a cancellable reservation. I had time upto 6 PM to cancel or else they will bill my credit card and hold the room for me. This is the policy of Expedia arrangement with hotel for cancellable reservations. I went in to check in at 9 PM, they had cancelled my reservation without notice! When I went in to check-in, I had no room! I had to sleep in car. Terrible experience. They had sold the room for higher price for someone else. It was graduation weekend and hotels...
