“while the staff was very helpful, some things cannot be fixed. The assissted room shower curtain is way above the shower bottom. thus water all over the floor. The handle on the hand held shower was broken off and missing. I reported but nothing was done.
Being HOH, I need closed captions. Our TV had none and no could fix it.
So, all in all, we will not be stating there again.”

We booked this hotel at the last minute without knowing anything about it, and we were blown away by how charming and beautiful it is. The interior courtyard was like a secret garden in the city. “We only stayed one night but the staff was super helpful, curtious and accommodating. One issue, they never responded to my text message asking about the airport shuttle. I sent the inquiry weeks before our visit and even sent a follow up a day or so before our visit - no response. Other than that we had zero issues with the hotel and its staff. We'd certainly stay there again.”
