“The place is great, especially because it’s so close to SM City Lipa and the terminals, just a 3 to 5 minute walk. Super convenient. I booked a basic double room and it was okay for the price. It can get a bit bright at night because of the curtains and outside lights, and you might hear some noise from outside or nearby rooms. I’d probably try the deluxe room next time. “Clean, spacious, quiet, modern but old and historic at the same time. Very welcoming staff. Plenty of parking. We ate at both the main restaurant and the pizza place and both were excellent. I didn’t know what to expect and was blown away by the quality of everything. Would definitely stay again if in the area. ”

“Overall in this property is clean and well maintained. I love the swimming pool because its clean. The food is excellent. But the most special i love about this place are the security, staff were very professional, and their service is very friendly.”

“The amenities were great, despite us not being able to use them due to our later arrival and evening. The staff was extremely courteous, helpful, and friendly. The property is a little bit on the older side, primarily the Tanguile rooms which were a bit dated. There was a continuous drip coming from the ceiling that filled an entire cup from the evening to the early afternoon. “on first day, they did not assigned me with the right accomodations, it was not the deluxe room, but they did not give me credit for the difference. the toilet was not flushing and the hotel staff did not take appropriate measures to mitigate it and we end manually filling the tank to flush the toilet . the advettisement says the hitel reataurant is ipen daily but that was not in fact true. we had to call and check if itnis opened and out of 14 dys we stayed there , we only ate there 3 times due...

“I like the design of the cabins but the a/c cannot handle the heat of the weather. There are lots of flies in the dining area. We cannot really enjoy the food because of it. The food was not spectacular and not commensurate with the price. There is also not much to see with the price tag. All activities are additional costs. Staff are all nice but I have noticed that after they served the food they just went missing.”

“The room was dusty and the Air Con filter was dirty. I cleaned the Air Con filter myself in order to get the A/C blowing cool. When I came back at 10:30 PM in the evening the front gate of the hotel was locked. I had to pound n the gate to get the night watchman to open the gate. The first room that I was assigned did not have wifi. Even for the price it was a bad value, avoid if possible.”

“Had an issue with the Vittoria room and they upgraded me to the Octavia room for free. Absolutely wonderful place and helpful staff!”
