Hotel vicino a Centro commerciale SM City Lipa - Lipa

“Room was clean enough. The bathroom smelled of piss, so not properly cleaned. And the water in the shower takes a long time to fully drain. The ambiance in the property is relaxing. If you commute, it is so close to the terminal at SM Lipa. They have a big screen tv with Netflix, that made the stay worth it. The staff is nice, there’s free coffee and water too.”

“Room OK, but better with one King bed than 2 Queen sized beds. It's not goo for non-golfers. Step outside the limited hotel space and you have a growling security guard shouting at you. Poor value for money. Won't return. ”

“Clean, spacious, quiet, modern but old and historic at the same time. Very welcoming staff. Plenty of parking. We ate at both the main restaurant and the pizza place and both were excellent. I didn’t know what to expect and was blown away by the quality of everything. Would definitely stay again if in the area. ”

“The room was clean and comfortable to sleep in especially the pillows.All the staff were so nice and welcoming especially Maan,Emun,Gina,Bernadette,Jasmine,Cheska,Aubrey,Heart and the security guards who always helped to guide us parking our car,opened the lobby door and watched over the safety of the guests.”

“We only stayed one night but the facilities are fabulous. next time we would stay in a larger room for the 3 of us. Lovely place for a quiet stay”

“Had an issue with the Vittoria room and they upgraded me to the Octavia room for free. Absolutely wonderful place and helpful staff!”

“No toilet roll,only one towel available in the room. Shower room is dirty and a lot of stains on the floor and wall. Surroundings look insafe”
