“The place is great, especially because it’s so close to SM City Lipa and the terminals, just a 3 to 5 minute walk. Super convenient. I booked a basic double room and it was okay for the price. It can get a bit bright at night because of the curtains and outside lights, and you might hear some noise from outside or nearby rooms. I’d probably try the deluxe room next time. Breakfast was really good. I just wish it already came as a full meal instead of adding rice separately. Room delivery is 20...

“The room was dusty and the Air Con filter was dirty. I cleaned the Air Con filter myself in order to get the A/C blowing cool. When I came back at 10:30 PM in the evening the front gate of the hotel was locked. I had to pound n the gate to get the night watchman to open the gate. The first room that I was assigned did not have wifi. Even for the price it was a bad value, avoid if possible.”

“It is the warm welcome. The environment and the activities for children . The farm experience and their tour of the farm is a must. The architectural design with bamboo is so beautiful Especially their green mangoes. If you lobe bird watching this is also the good place with the sound of kilyawan birds.”
