“It was a clean room, they had suggestions on what to do, it was easy check in and was able to self check in with key pad. $3-$10 ubers to get around to old san juan and more locally. Walmart 7 min away if you need anything. Had roku tv, min fridge, makeup wipes!, shampoo/conditioner/body wash. ”

“Es un lugar muy agradable. Tiene todo lo necesario para tu comodidad. La lavanderia esta pequeña pero muy funcional, con maquina para comprar jabon y cambiar monedas. Wifi, y utensilios de cocina. El unico problema que tuvimos es que no tiene suficiente estacionamiento. Los espacios de estacionamiento no estan designados a cada huesped y tuvimos que estacionar sobre la calle lo cual sentimos un poco inseguro pero nada pasó. Definitivamente volveriamos a este lugar. “Everything about our stay at La Mona Loiza Sta was 5 stars. Check in was very easy, and easy step by step instructions on how to get into our room. The room was clean. Parking was not hard at all even on a Friday/Saturday, maybe we got lucky. The only complaint I have is the shower didn’t have enough water pressure and it was either very hot or cold, but not a big deal. I would 100% stay here again. Thank you!”

“We switched rooms the day after we got there as our friend was coming in that day and we needed a bigger room. They told us it would be two hours, but it was ten minutes. Beautiful place, two clean pools. Quiet, relaxing. No lobby, but office staff often there and very accomodating. For those who like a firm bed, the mattresses are a little squishy. We stayed for three days pre-cruise and would go back anytime. We are staying at a sister property when we get back. Excited about that as well. ”
