“This has to be one of the nastiest places I've ever stayed in my life. Part of the floor is just perpetually wet, large chunks of the wall are just coming off, or are already fallen off/apart, the fridge and microwave are down right deplorable, The bedding smelt bad (I ended up getting my own sheets and blanket to use) the air out of the air conditioner smelt bad like everything else, the floor was dirty so I ended up washing it myself, the sink sprayed water everywhere, the TV had duct tape...

“No pets , never saw another person who worked there after initial check in , as soon as I entered to check in , the Oder , was noticeable, not nice , the rooms , windows dirty streaks up and down , some rooms cracked glass , clear tape on the cracks on multiple different room windows, bed was lumpy , no room service , just for the bathroom, not pleasant was my stay with a good friend of mine , went there to go fishing , never again would we stay there , or recommend it . “Run as fast as you can away from this place. From start to finish this place is a flop. It’s dirty (dust everywhere), shower doesn’t work properly (it trickles), key cards don’t work, sheets are paper thin and torn, bed is extremely uncomfortable and blankets are a joke. “Pool good. Breakfast good. Room was kinda not finished. No toilet paper on the rolls just 1 roll an a 1/4 roll of tp on back of toilet. And the plug situation was kinda scary with so many plugs and extensions plugged into more was not feeling very safe. Door from room to pool didn’t work so kinda disappointed with that too. ”

“The room was really clean and cleaning staff extremely friendly, but they couldn’t keep up with dirt/mud in the staircase. You have to supply all your own dishes, pots & pans etc (which I knew ahead of time so I packed accordingly) The internet was down for a day and Tv was down for a couple hours. Construction site next door and green space full of litter and a homeless living under a blue tarp next to semi trucks. There are definitely worse hotels. Did feel safe and parking area safe. “Main management and a few employees are very kind and helpful. Our family was in a studio for a few days. During this time we noticed the employees didn’t like to stay at the front desk. They kept a sign up that says they will be back in a few minutes or dial zero on the phone for immediate assistance. So if you need anything, you constantly had to call them. They were just in the back behind the door hiding out. It just gives the appearance that they’re not real eager to want to help you when...
