“The staff was very helpful as soon as I arrived, even checking me in early at no extra cost because my room was ready. Room was very clean and the a/c kept the room super cool during this heat wave. Bed was a little too firm, which, as I,ve experienced, was on par for all of the nice places that I’ve stayed in while in Europe. I would definitely recommend staying here.”

“The room 214 was beautiful but unfortunately next to the kitchen extractor vent which kept going all night very loud The staff said it couldn’t be turned off It would stop for 10 minutes then start off again It needs to be addressed If not in that room it would all have been fine”
