“This was a great property. The interior was clean, well stocked, had a fantastic view of the beautiful harbor. The AC worked well, the hot tub was great for our group. We chose Catalina on a short planning window and the property choices were limited and this was great, albeit a bit cramped for 5 grown people once the sofa bed was folded out. We appreciated use of the golf cart and explored all over Avalon on it.”

“The unit is well-located, with beautiful views from the large deck and the master suite. It is up 3 flights of steps, so hard to travel with aged or disabled guests.The kitchen (very well-equipped!), living area and upstairs deck are beautiful. The fridge was filled with nice surprises such as ice cream, beer, cider, soft drinks and water, as well as wines.
