“We stayed in a ground floor room facing the patio, restaurant, and pool. View was excellent. Access to the lobby and the shuttle was just around the corner. The hotel has only one shuttle during weekdays. I think only one maid as well because check in time was 4pm; however, we repeatedly asked for early check in because most of the people in the group was under the weather, We got in at 3:30pm. Experience did not include many items listed on website including campfires w/smores, difficulty understanding bedding available with booking, as well as minimal available items in gift shop for emergency items.”

“The unit is well-located, with beautiful views from the large deck and the master suite. It is up 3 flights of steps, so hard to travel with aged or disabled guests.The kitchen (very well-equipped!), living area and upstairs deck are beautiful. The fridge was filled with nice surprises such as ice cream, beer, cider, soft drinks and water, as well as wines.
