“I only have one complaint is on Wednesday when we went down to town came back to condo and door was wide open they asked if we were staying there I replied yes I asked why my door was open they said they have a master key to enter they wanted to go in and turn up the hot water I said this isn’t except able I have lots of cash and valuables inside and I don’t appreciate you guys just going inside without asking me first I told them I paid a lot of money to stay here and don’t appreciate them just...

“Great place. Spacious cute condo. Amazing views night and day. It is a bit separated from town but the gold cart makes it very convenient and only takes about 10 minutes to get to town.”

“Really lovely location with great ocean views. The condo had everything one could need. We appreciated the use of the golf cart to get around and the beach towels. We ate out for lunch and dinner, but the kitchen looked fully stocked for those who like to cook. Resting with a good book and cool ocean breezes was delightful. The owner was friendly and very responsive to questions. Would not hesitate to stay here again!”

“This was our first time in Catalina and I’m very happy we chose to stay here. The host was patient and knowledgeable about the island. We loved having a golf cart. We made breakfast everyday and spent an afternoon by the pool. Great views. Close enough to town but far enough to have some privacy and peace. We will visit again and hope to stay here when we do! ”

“We had a group of 10 including our immediate family and significant others, all adults, and stayed 3 nights. The property was in a great location overlooking the harbor. Walkable to everything.There are stairs to the property but we did not feel this was a problem. I had read that the deck was down the steps and shared, which is true, but the family room has windows all around which we opened and we felt like we were on a deck while inside, so we never used the actual deck.There are tenants in...
