Resort a Cathedral City

“This hotel is beautiful by the pool and golf course. The first floor was beautiful, clean and well kept, however they put us on the fourth floor, maybe because we bought through Expedia but that floor was dirty, smelled bad, old and not well kept. The tub clogged and filled up while showering, the AC did not work and the TV had the worst signal, kept freezing. Staff is great and service was great, since we only stayed one night we dealt with the issues instead of complaining but good for people...

It would be appropriate to post a picture online that is true to the decorations, etc. just saying. The real thing compared to the photo is misleading. “Will (the host) was quick to answer questions and provided very good instructions. The location was great, we liked the mutliple outdoor spaces especially off the kitchen/family room it was private and looked good for pets. :) There is a community pool we used a few times as well.”
